The service provided in this salon turned out to be extremely unprofessional. Incorrect cut of the fringe, disregarding my request, with a random "stair" cut. The hair was shortened by about 15-20 cm unsympathetically, although I did not ask for it. I was growing my hair for several years, and Edyta destroyed it in half an hour. I did not notice these errors in the salon, because the hair was perfectly styled, the damage was visible only after washing it. Unfortunately, it is impossible to obtain compensation for the damage caused, because the Manager does not see any errors in the cut. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.
I asked to cut off the ends of the hair with the letter V, only the lady quickly cut off my fringe and the hair on the back was cut in a circle 😡😡🤯🤯 It was 3 years ago but as far as I know it is not better there ...
My hair looked worse than before. It's best to say it's my fault. If you do not know, you had to refuse at the beginning and not test yourself on my hair.
