I was in this salon with the intention of making a pink color on my hair, the hair looked gorgeous at first, but the money was thrown down the drain, exactly 280 zlotys for the pink color, which I washed after two washes with the pink shampoo that I bought to keep the color for a long time. I wrote with a request for help on the facebook page of the salon, I got a reply saying that the pink color unfortunately stays up to 5 washes, where the salon was talking about a month. I was contacted by a lady who dealt with my hair and in answer to my question what to do with it because my hair will turn yellow after bleaching, I got the answer that it is best for me to go to Timo and there the Lord will choose my hair best. This ended the conversation. I did not receive any help from people who should react in such a situation.
