SHOQ Sushi

I am a sushi lover, I have had the opportunity to try them in different parts of the world. I always approach the assessment objectively, I look at everything, the meal and the service. I would like to make a hint with my comment and not destroy reputation. At the beginning, when meals are served, napkins should always be thrown in - you lack them. Ginger and Wasabi (which wasabi is not only colored with horseradish, moreover very unpalatable) should be served in separate containers because they have very intense aromas that mix with the rolls. Plus bright ginger that is not artificially colored. Soy sauce is ok but it should be served in a container that can be opened and dissolved in wasabi, or add a separate container. Defacto cheese roll is a cheese substitute roll - a very small amount. Basic sushi classics such as california or philadelphia roll are not on the menu. Too large pieces of fish result in a lack of proportions of all ingredients. Better to add more cheese than so much fish. Very badly twisted roll, it is not compacted, bad technique of twisting causes the roll to fall apart. The roll is too big, the problem is to put it in your mouth and eat it with taste, it should be in portions of 8 pieces, not 6 or 5 pieces, as is the case. The menu could include dishes in grams. This way the customer knows what size the roll can be. Moreover, by keeping grams, we keep the plus / minus ratio of each ingredient. From positive observations I noticed: the freshness of the fish, tasty rice, normally seasoned with rice vinegar, fast delivery time. Prices compared to similar pubs are ok, but I think that in Poland the prices are excessive and are not comparable to the quality. Really good sushi, i.e. price, quality, production technique and professional service, is the best in eastern countries. I encourage you to look at the websites of the restaurants in the east because you can learn a lot from them. I hope that in some time I'll be able to try your already delicious sushi again. Takeaway I bought 3 vegan skates, the place itself tidy, although there is no better developed space for guests, but I do not judge it, in the end the situation is as it is. The sushi itself is very good for nice money, I liked it even more than in some places in Poznań.
