After surgery in the hospital, I had to seek an eye clinic. Of course, there was nowhere. I managed to call Omega, where the warm ladies from registration stood on my ears to help me and invited me to look for a suitable date. It was hard, because you know how with deadlines, but with a human approach, it worked. I wish all clinics to have such understanding people in their registration. In addition, a leading ophthalmologist, very eloquent. greetings

Based on the opinions I read, I made an appointment full of anxiety, although I was not given any reasons, because the calls (two) on the phone were at a very good level. On the spot, it turned out that I was not only unnecessarily influenced by the opinions I read, but even the level of service, starting from registration, competent, friendly and in contact, natural and unforced. A very pleasant surprise. The medical visit itself, even an exemplary one, the doctor was interested, kind and, very often patient. More such clinics.

Very good specialists at the clinic. The ophthalmologist and the dermatologist Zajkowska are amazing! But the organization of the clinic is a bit of a mistake. Lots of people waiting, which is not easy for anyone in the Covid era. Keeping people outside, no one knows who is to enter the office, causes a general confusion. I also don't like mixing private visits with a visit to the National Health Fund. As a result, when going to a paid appointment, expecting the comfort of admission, I first lined up all patients at the National Health Fund, leading to an hour-long delay in my visit. There should be longer gaps between patients.
