Fatal complaint procedures. The company sends a different product than the one ordered. I try to put the responsibility on the ordering party and it makes it difficult to replace the product. I canceled my order. You spoiled my pleasure in making a gift to my wife. I will not buy anything from you. One would like to say: What kind of advertising such a company. Curtain.
