Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company, I even warn against them. I ordered gloves on August 13, 2020 for which I paid immediately. On 02/09/2020, I received information that, unfortunately, these gloves will not be there. Well, it happens. However, to this day, on September 29, 2020, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A MONEY BACK !!!! Mrs. Iwona, who is allegedly competent in the subject of returns, stated unequivocally that there is no record anywhere when they will return the money !!!! I have the impression that this company comes from the time of the stone age. Cancellation of the order is tantamount to a refund, and even more so due to the fault of the company that cannot take care of the goods that are not there and sells that it has. To this day, if I do not receive a refund, the case is referred to the police. EDIT! Money returned with great grace after a few e-mails and making Mr. Rafał (whoever he is) aware of the current legal regulations. The rest remain unchanged except for the fact that on September 2, the lady working in the office received information by phone that the money was to be returned to the account from which they left and no one then asked for any additional document to be returned until September 17 .... A refund was to be made upon return owner on September 7 to which I agreed. And what about the time from September 7th to September 17th and then until September 29th, when did I get the refund? And please do not scare me that you will take legal action if I do not remove the opinion because it is ridiculous. Such behavior and service will not attract customers, quite the contrary. Let everyone draw their own conclusions.
