Office staff on a big plus, polite helpful, but the staff from the gate to the square I have the impression that they work there as a punishment and the retail client only gives them back.

I do not recommend. Pozbruk Lido winter melange color. Cubes of very poor quality. Please be careful. A complaint was made about somehow the cubes, the nano coating that was supposed to be the standard was clearly missing. Red discoloration has appeared on the ankle, and it also has a lot of damage, i.e. holes. The complaint was rejected and it was found that they were efflorescence. Should it look like this after the rain? The cube that is presented is not the same as the one I received. According to the principle, big maybe more but not this time. 250 sq m cubes. It was supposed to be aesthetically and in a proven company but there are no guilty parties as usual.

The helpline is an anti-help for the client. I lasted 13 minutes to hear that "I am the first in line" Previous attempts ended with the information "no free AGENTS" - naming like in a real estate or insurance agency or listening to a slow signal. I think all of Poland in Poznań is served by 1 helpline agent. It's hard to become a customer of such a company that does not make efforts for telephone service.
