Tragical customer service in any way! I've ordered a toy and received smashed pachage, toy wasn't nor packed nor working. I had to pay to return to the shop and they claim I have used it, made stains and no refund applicable... Sure, I would give my child non-working toy to play with instead of packing and claim my money back hahha:) Stongly disappointed. I don't believe such service still exist in current century!
I bought an interactive horse for my daughter through Allegro for her birthday. I received a toy that did not work properly - I made a complaint and sent it back. The complaint was rejected because the tailstock allegedly worked and then it was sent back, not working properly, but not working at all. During the complaint process, they tried to convince me to use the wrong batteries and to spoil the toy by children. It was not possible to come to an agreement with the shop.

I bought a rocking horse from this company through Empik.com. When I opened the package, I was speechless - a cardboard box filled with old catalogs, sweets and cereals, used towel paper was also found ...
The company explains it with the desire to secure the package ... For me it looked like I had opened a dustbin.
I do not recommend!
