MISSING air condition
absolute chaos and disrespect for the customer. I do not understand why do any promotion when you are not able to grasp it ?! Order placed around 1pm with pickup at 5pm, after 20 (!!!!!) minutes of waiting, information that there is no and will not be half of the order! And the statement, lady waitress, that she hopes that this is not a completely surprising problem - half of the family will eat and the other half will watch? no problem ... I lost an hour of my time and money to travel, there are phones, you can call to inform about changes ... mockery, insolence, disrespect - these words come to my mind
P.S. I was not the only customer in this situation, the rest were treated similarly
Shock, positive. The front is a restored tenement house on a beautiful market square. You can see what this building hides only after leaving the hotel. An impressive undertaking on a grand scale, especially in terms of architecture. Winter gardens (porch) and the decor are impressive! I recommend! I will definitely come back.
