I ordered thermal glasses on 26 12 2020, I received them very quickly, they were well packed, but after unpacking one glass is cracked. How do I make a complaint? 6 glasses cost PLN 105?

Tadar Meadow 620 ml ceramic mug - I ordered it because I wanted a really big mug. Unfortunately, the website incorrectly states that the cup is 620 ml. In fact, it is slightly over 500. It's a pity because I was disappointed. In addition, I called the store to change it on the site and not to mislead the buyer further and as you can see, the wrong product description is still displayed. Detriment. You cannot add reviews for a given product on their website because an error pops up.
The only plus is that the mug is really nice :)
