The glorious days are over, but what's needed is still available ... Service as usual at the level.
A big negative, I ordered a ukulele for a gift, unfortunately I didn't like it so I wanted to send it back. Following the owner's instructions, I filled out the form, sent it with a scan and sent it at my own expense. The courier on the day of delivery did not find anyone trying to contact by phone, but no one answered. I contacted the store by e-mail and informed that the parcel was to be picked up at the point. The Lord was very rude to me, he said that he would not travel around the city after the shipment and it is my duty to deliver it and he considers the case completed. At the moment I checked the status of the shipment and the time for its collection has already passed. I lost money for delivery and for useful ukulele. But in this way, others get rich, and any missed return is extra money. Incompetent company, no respect for the buyer. If you want to buy a musical instrument and look for another store. Because this is not the first negative opinion.
