Mum went to get the juicer, and the saleswoman sold the Ark, we wanted to return it because we have a juicer at home, unfortunately only a replacement (they should inform about it) and besides, the saleswoman should learn how to distinguish between the juicer and the juicer (the juicer has a screw). I do not want to write about the subsequent handling of another juicer, but courtesy and customer service ☹️ And prices like everywhere
