Never take flooring service from this company. I bought flooring from them and also service to apply flooring. But this was worst job done. All floor in our living room is going down. When we complain to shop manager , he says workers don't listen to him. Flooring is in guarantee but 6 months gone and nobody come to repair it. Not recommend to anyone
I rate the purchase in the store and the contact with the gentleman who works there very well, very polite and always helped as he could, the quality of panels and doors at a high level. However, the team that puts the panels and doors on is a misunderstanding. Some unfinished things, broken door fur because they glued plain tape, collapsing panels under the balcony and falling skirting boards. Despite a dozen or so attempts to contact and even intervene from the store's headquarters in Warsaw, I did not manage to wait 3 months for them to finish what they started.
I advise against fitting from this shop. Very not professional people ....
