Managers with service stand by in the previous system! But I can see from the comments, I'm not the only one who met with such arrogance! Apart from the absolute lack of culture, the behavior of the management shows another negative feature in customer service: the manager treats the conversation with the client as a punishment, and he serves clients with full mouth spitting food scraps in their faces - like foams !!! I'm not surprised there are so many negative reviews !!! Where is the relationship with customers? after all, the client himself tells you what he needs and what his expectations are. Not only that - if you learn to accept information with gratitude, you will also see that it will become a turning point that will start the process of good changes in your company. Let the customer contact you! Stop doing grace! You are not a business owner but an employee! Solve problems !!!!!

I confirm your opinion below. In this store, they even have paranoia of some sick person. In the pharmacy they serve people without masks, and here some clown tears at half of the store. First, an employee saying something that was not going to understand because she had a mask under her eyes, then the poor woman ran for support. This is still a regulation! You are acting illegally, paranoidly and even morbidly. We wanted to inform the service from Rawicz that the "pandemic" and the recommended (!) Restrictions will pass, and people will remember them forever. And I wish you this. That they would remember you.

If you want to buy home appliances, it's only household appliances in Rawicz. Very nice customer service, reliably explained operation of the equipment and great help in choosing the right one for your needs. Buying a TV turned out to be a really mega approach to the customer in this store. Mrs. Agnieszka serving our group is the right person who can persuade to buy and not repel like in other stores. Thanks to this lady, we bought the equipment in your store again.

In general, I recommend shopping at RTV EURO AGD, but not in Rawicz, one employee behaves scandalously and we are talking about an employee who stands at the door and checks who, when wearing a mask, is really embarrassing. I will not do any more purchases there and will let me earn media expert
