In November 2014, a small- 3-year-old boy - jumped over my laptop SONY VAIO. I took the equipment to the CYPHER computer service and after the examination it turned out that the equipment had serious defects. (complete matrix replacement, large damage to the graphics card and disk + plastics ...) There was a problem, because the laptop is a good brand with decent parameters and I had a dilemma to repair or not ... The price of the new Sony Vaio is large, and the used one is not cheap . In addition, when buying a drug, you don't know exactly what to buy - I think ... Mr. Marcin from Cypher presented me with all the arguments: for and against, calculated the costs of repair and gave me time to think. In the meantime I moved to Great Britain, and the laptop was still on the Grunwaldzka website in Rawicz - waiting for the decision. After 2 months I decided - we will resuscitate the equipment! I sent the money to my account and the work started. I was informed about progress on a regular basis and after about a week the equipment was ready. I still asked to buy a charger because once it worked, it didn't work, I asked to upload programs that I need to work - no problem ... The laptop came to England by courier - insured delivery. It was well protected against any damage. Works fine. I often laugh that I have a new salon. Looking and working on it every day, I have already forgotten how deplorable it was. The CYPHER computer service is recommendable. Mr. Marcin is an honest and reliable professional. The price of the repair he presented at the beginning did not increase, he treated me very honestly, which is rare nowadays. I RECOMMEND and thank you Marcin once again for repairing my laptop.
