The store is a terrible mess, it is impossible to run the trolley because there are cardboard boxes everywhere. Half of the customers don't wear face masks. I understand you can't make people wear them, but you just can't let them in. On the other hand, how can you expect anything from your clients when no employees are wearing a mask properly (either they don't have a mask at all, or they wear it on their chin, or they only cover their mouth with no nose). I was in this store for the last time, I don't feel like buying in a place where I feel unsafe. For comparison, on the same day I was in Kaufland. Not a single person was without a face mask, and workers were either wearing them correctly or wearing a visor.

The line to the ticket office is about 10-11 people and only one ticket desk is open
