Gentlemen are unreliable and trick customers. I went to get the carpet on November 18th, it was not what I wanted, but the gentlemen said that when I order and make an advance payment, they will bring the carpet. I have been waiting since November 18, what I will call are stupid excuses, or a faulty batch of goods and it did not arrive, or it will come and we will call you. They deceive neither the cash register nor the carpet. And it would be enough not to take an advance and not make promises. I would just look elsewhere

I ordered a 7m carpet rug. Service and order details without comments. But the implementation by Komfort is below criticism! The term is close to two months !! Despite the prompts, there was no answer for the store and for me as a customer. After a week, I withdrew my down payment and ordered somewhere else online - home delivery in two days! I feel sorry for the store's staff but I will not use the Comfort services anymore.

Service ok. Home delivery extra paid even with very large purchases. Somehow I don't like it. If you leave several withdrawals with them, they could get them for free
