I sincerely advise against this salon, I asked the Lord for a cool, interesting cutting, I got suggestions either for a short time or undercut, but gradually. I haven't received an answer to the information about the hairstyle. So I agreed on slightly shorter thinking that it would be with some idea. "I received a clichéd hairstyle with no idea, I made a complaint. I was shouted by two women that I would not be beheaded again ... although I suggested that maybe such a solution. It was refused me ... in the conversation I was quiet and rather withdrawn , and ladies led the monologue that I have no right to ask for one more beheading. Tomorrow I am going to the Consumer Ombudsman. Oh, I forgot to add a half-hour screaming for this plus reprimanding and instruction, with medium beheading and uninteresting ... I paid PLN 1. No to mention that I have never met it. Every time I went to the salon and I didn't like the hair style. The lady just corrected it, I never met such unpleasant service and someone shouted at me I go to hairdressing salons in Szczecinek for over 4 years and for the first time I had this situation. As I say tomorrow I go to the Consumer Ombudsman, I hope at least a partial refund because I have to go to another hairdresser. Not to mention that I'm just sorry. I'm sitting crying at home, because for the first time someone treated me like that. I've never had hairdressers or beauticians. It was on the principle you have to agree .... on something that we do ... and if you don't like it, get out! :( very unpleasant, unpleasant and I think I will give up my metamorphosis at the beginning :(: to your answer - It was good that there was monitoring because it was recorded that you do not even explain to the client, even in general how the hairstyle should look, I was informed that I would agree yesterday I was even looking at the frown cut crookedly, when it comes to the length of the cut, I was willing to cut it short, but not on the basis of "we do not explain anything" or you will agree or not.! these methods are really like from before ..... not enough that I have been shouted out, my complaint has not yet been accepted and I have overpaid it, because it is definitely not work for the amount of PLN 100. The second salon refused me to improve after in your salon .... they only said that cutting bad. (so your information is not true) The third salon, fortunately, will improve my hair style while maintaining the length. Your salon advises against everyone . :( :( I have never met with a refusal to improve my hair, at least a compromise approach would be advisable. That is why I strongly advise against wasted time and money. Zero agreeableness, both ladies shouted to get rid of the dissatisfied client. :( :( :(

I recommend the Kemon salon to all ladies who value professionalism and a nice and peaceful atmosphere. I am very pleased with the well-chosen color and incredibly thorough haircut - that's how I was to leave the salon today :) I will definitely go back there and recommend this salon to friends!
