Today I called the city guard dispatcher and asked for help with starting the car.
I heard from a very unpleasant dispatcher that the equipment was not working and that I should call the workshop. The dispatcher probably forgot that coronavorus reigns and everything is closed. He didn't want to help me in any way.
If he gave me a word, he would know that I have equipment, all I needed was someone to drive the car and connect the jumper cables. I don't live in Szczecinek every day and I don't know anyone here.
Service below critical level. For the first time I meet with a situation of raising the voice for a person who needs help. Congratulations on great staff training.
