I reported this topic right away, the shift manager (the person accepting the office and writing down orders) apologized to me. But what of it ?. I gave up. After 5 days at the car wash, I saw that the water spouts in a specific way from under the hood while washing the windshield. I opened the hood for the first time since I picked up the car from this factory. I saw a dramatic sight. Plastics put on our word of honor. The cover is not pinned, there are missing hooks. I would like to add that I am a retailer and I know that everything was in place before the car was delivered. I came back to the plant that day it was Saturday. Amazingly, there was a mechanic on the spot who was assigned to take care of my car. He admitted that he had given the car to some intern ... and I would like to remind you that in the protocol of taking over the car I clearly stated that one mechanic should be responsible for it. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment if someone loves their car.
