Some joke. The package was sent to my home address, I waited all day, and after checking it turned out that there was an advice notice and you need to go to the ward and pick it up yourself. The postman did not even bother to ring the door.
What is this supposed to be? You order a parcel for downloading to your home address, you wait all the time at home and when you finally check by the parcel number what is happening with it, it turns out that there is some advice issued by the system and the courier did not even touch the parcel so you have to pick it up at branch. Contact by phone is a lottery.
Friendly service, queues much smaller than on Allied
Oh, queue, queue again queue. Besides, the service was nice.
Unfortunately, queues are often for this reason that I think that Poczta Polska is less attractive 😊
