Drama, drama, drama. Urgent package posted in the Pocztex48 option over a week ago. Of course, she got stuck on the way to one of the sorting stations and it took quite a few feats to finally find her and get run. In the destination city she is stuck again and her hands are falling. No contact outside the cliché on the hotline (that's all I can see on the net for tracking a shipment). IN UP NOBODY answers the phone. Why are other courier companies dealing with reliable delivery of parcels and here are constant problems ???????? I would like to add that one package was completely empty and never reached the recipient.

Some joke. The package was sent to my home address, I waited all day, and after checking it turned out that there was an advice notice and you need to go to the ward and pick it up yourself. The postman did not even bother to ring the door.

Drama. I have been waiting for documents for 15 days by post. Parcel tracking informs you that it has been waiting for several days at the post office and nobody knows where it is. You can't get anywhere, and as I found out, the letter is not in the post office. I'm asking where she is. Important documents and how to trust the Polish post office, shame.

Pocztex courier48. For the second time he has something to bring to me and there is no telephone contact, but you can record a secretary all the time, I sit at home because I do not know when the Lord will come and he gets a message that the parcel has been advised. At the post office, the service is nice but sometimes you have to wait awfully long.

Postman who spreads parcels will not move his heavy ass even to the first floor, he only recognizes the mailbox as a place to insert an advice note. Embarrassment and one big laugh in the room. It would not be so much in the subject. Complaints, of course, do not give anything.
