I assess my visit to the facility positively. All matters handled immediately. Staff helpful and involved in talking to the client. The bank could invest in renovating the facility.

At the position to open the account, the lady almost falls asleep because she does nothing, and people wanting to make cash transactions have to wait in long queues because you set up an account for the client.

The unit is very poor when it comes to cash customer service. One lady, a pace of chess, queues like in the Polish People's Republic. But for brokerage positions or other betting by the ladies who are terribly bored and observe the situation. This bank goes to the dogs. They liquidate troops, one active wplatomat for bydgoszcz, and THREE of them is the whole city! Where can I pay cash if you can not go to other banks. And there is no place to park nearby. Massacre.
