Very bad service.
I purchased a printer part that was described as "in stock" on the website, and I was contacted 4 days after placing the order telling me they would order it from the supplier and would take a further 10 days to get in their hands.
What's more, after requesting cancelling the order they never issued a refund and had to go through opening a paypal case to get my money back.
Outrageously low level of customer service. I have been sold FUJI ink for an EPSON printer contrary to the order and the seller does not want to replace it. An employee made a mistake dispensing the ink from the warehouse. As a regular and loyal customer, I was disregarded for the amount of PLN 155. Seller's lack of goodwill and commercial culture. So it's no surprise that Falter has such a low customer rating. Don't buy in this company because nobody respects the customer there. There are many other providers and prices are negotiable. No one will buy a mascara in an open box and I am a loss due to an incompetent employee and the coarse policy of the customer complaint department, there was not even the word "sorry" I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING IN FALTER!

Unpleasant service.
Epson equipment service at a very low level, ignorance of the customer, lack of professionalism and knowledge about servicing and repairing Epson printers, very long waiting time for repair, customer sale, after 2 months and many pressures repaired the printer and then I received it still broken after many telephone calls, the serviceman is still wondering about the cause of the failure - the printer is splashing with paint when printing .... Is this a difficult thing to fix? Avoid this company from a distance !!!!!
