The Bank's customers are misled. The facility has a currency service, and on the website and hotline they inform that there is no currency service. Today I was personally asked at the facility and it turned out that such a service exists in this branch. Perhaps the management should be interested in what information is provided about the services available in its facility, on the website and hotline !!!

Every year the same .... Waiting ... Waiting ... Waiting ... Nobody is interested in me as a customer. Despite two windows to handle mortgage matters, within half an hour I saw only one employee who came by to pick up their purse. Every now and then I see other employees hurrying around in the boxes. The bank is only interested in creating new accounts. The hotline is a failure. Each visit takes at least an hour

Waiting for cash for ages, other jobs without clients and cashiers open accounts. Every time is the same situation

Service at the ticket office to the definitely weakest point of this bank. In addition, they liquidate outlets (the old Bydgoszcz market) and accumulate customers into cash registers. Waiting for payments or withdrawals is 30-60 minutes. At Gdañsk Street in alior, the waiting room for cash registers is in the entrance and additionally in the transition. Very poor conditions for customer service. In the lobby waiting room and 1 meter away the zone for key clients: /
