I have had my bank account for a long time. I have recently arranged a cash loan, the matter was settled quickly and without unnecessary bureaucratic formalities. Mrs. Mirosława Śpica, as usual, kind, cheerful and, most importantly, effective professional in customer service. It's great that we can meet such people, especially in the current difficult situation. Keep it up, Mrs. Mirko !!!

Opening a business and private account looked great, jackdaw, smiles, etc., after 2 years the change of conditions has an e-mail and a boom of over PLN 100 a year. I have not noticed. It charged itself. I also went to close the account in person at the same branch. So it started, data updates, some tax declarations to the USA, no offer on fees "the system has charged you, nothing can be done but pay" Goodbye coldly. I absolutely do not recommend both the Bank and the branch and the people working in it. Moreover, you did not want to issue me a copy of the marketing consents. I had to take a picture. No massacre.

For several years, my banking advisor has been Ms Mirosława Śpica. Ms. Mirosława is a professional, trustworthy, always kind and cheerful person. I am very pleased with the very high level of service provided by Ms Mirosława Śpica. It is recommendable.

They even make a woman in advanced pregnancy a problem and tell them to go out and wait before, because there are already 2 people in the room where all the seats in the waiting room are free.

Always punctual, businesslike, professional and, most importantly, 100% trustworthy. He always replies to every E-mail, patiently explains all the nuances. Absolutely recommendable. We are glad that after years of wandering around various banks, we found such a professional banker.
