The first telephone contact, where the recipient pleasantly surprised me by answering and explaining all my questions and ambiguities. The second one is available directly in the store / service, leaving the bike bought elsewhere for a professional inspection. Unfortunately, not all KROSS distributors are professionals and enthusiasts, fortunately in Bydgoszcz there is such a point that deserves a distinction. I am very positively surprised by the high culture and professional approach to customer, I definitely recommend it.
