New dealer, have to study a little service department, too young and not experienced for today (12.2019)
Here I finally bought a Megane IV, customer service at the highest level, a gentleman to help me in registration brought me the missing documents as I was standing in the queue at UM Department Communication. Freebies for the car without a spin, in general I will return there because I have visited many car dealerships in Bdg and in many cases I was ignored or nonchalantly treated wanting to leave the salon car (9 years old Skoda) in the settlement. Here everything is exemplary, without exceptions.
I recommend !!! THE SERVICE REMOVED THE DEFECTS under the warranty, in the new car (Clio IV) without any problems. Mr Drewniak and Drążkiewicz with a professional approach to the client, listening to what problem we came up with .... and settling the matter as needed ..... !!!! (Contrary to UniCar) which we will definitely not come back to.
Very nice sales service, interesting special offers. Unfortunately, we had to wait longer for the car than agreed, but I don't see the dealer's fault. All a plus. I recommend, we will definitely be back
