Today, Mrs. (probably the boss) refused to sell me a hot dog with a sausage claiming that she could not sell them and she had them on the heater. Mockery. The last time I was in Żabka

In this store, the customer is not important, he will not hear good morning or goodbye. Unloading goods is much more important than handling. Today I was a witness as the saleswoman handled Pania calculating the time how long she stood and waited for service quoting "I brought the box and I have to open it and the lady just entered (unfortunately the woman waited a few minutes)" despite the woman politely asking for an approach. Ton seller has left much to be desired and behavior. Unfortunately, after such service I prefer to go a few meters further and be served more pleasantly. I propose to the person in charge of you to do customer service training and more smiles than grief and grievance - all the more so this is not the first such behavior.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I give 2 stars because I have been served more recently but I prefer to go to the frog which is a few meters away

The staff leave a lot to say. Ladies do not exchange prices on a regular basis. The customer is regularly misled. Today I heard that it is my duty to read when the promotion is in effect, and it is best to stop shopping here, after I pointed out that the prices are not valid ....
