They efficiently conclude new contracts, but do not terminate previous ones. After signing the documents, the contact stops. An agent from Toruń, who served me, concluded a contract with me for a new insurance in Hestia, he was to terminate the previous contract with PZU (I sent the notice). After a month, I received a request for payment from PZU and after several interventions in MultiSaveMoney, without any response, I submitted a termination. Similarly, in Hestia, after selling the car, I had a refund from the AC policy, the agent claimed that he would terminate, which he did not do for several weeks, I finally terminated the contract myself. I understand that no commission is received for terminating the contract, but exposing the client to debt collection and forcing him to take over contact with the Insurer is not the role of the Insurance Agent.

Full professionalism. The company has one of the best systems in Poland for complete service of financial products. I recommend for individual clients, DGs and companies. You will optimize insurance costs by 5-50%.
