The area is neglected by the city, you can often see cans or beer bottles in the trash can, and apparently according to the regulations you can not eat it. Lack of grass is a big disadvantage because on dry days the dog comes dusty and rainy dirty from mud. Of course, these dog droppings are the order of the day, there used to be bags, and now there is no. The cameras would be useful after the recent incidents.
