I definitely recommend it! Ladies nice and professional arranged the trip for our group of 8 people. Despite the lack of places in the hotel, we managed to order a few more. The hotel had all the attractions and stars as on the advertising brochure.

Customer service was fine, ladies nice and nice, but these are probably the only pros. Unfortunately, the recommended and touted 5-star hotel, which in fact had max 3 disappointed me and did not meet my expectations. In addition, several errors related to personal data in documents received a week before departure. In addition, upon arrival at the parking lot to which I received the voucher, it turned out that despite the fact that the address is correct, this is not the place and I had to pay for the parking. this is probably my last visit here.

I recommend with all my heart! Ladies are very kind, smiling and always ready to help. You can see that they are involved in their work and always try their best to advise. I met with such professional help for the first time. If you have a dilemma which office to choose, then I recommend it with a clear conscience, you will not be disappointed.
