We have been using the office for 10 years and there is no problem sometimes the office thinks for us

I strongly advise against this office. As long as I issued one invoice per month and I did not get sick, the cooperation went well. When I got pregnant I decided to increase my contributions to get a higher benefit. In the middle of pregnancy, ZUS sent me a letter calling for submission of a document. So I learned that one correction was submitted after the deadline by an office employee and I have to submit a request to restore the deadline for paying contributions because I probably fell out of insurance. The letter prepared by the office was two sentences, without justification. Again at ZUS, I learned that such a letter would have no chance of success, because ZUS makes a decision based on a justification that was not there. I had to unscrew everything myself. When, by the way, I asked what the basis for my allowance was, I learned that ZUS had only included one month of higher contributions, even though I had paid three months of the highest contributions. The office did not inform me how another illness during pregnancy may affect the amount of the benefit, although I asked them specific questions in the email when I found out I was pregnant. I paid about 8,000 to the Social Insurance Institution for increased contributions, I will not recover this money. The office doesn't feel guilty, I didn't get any explanation, let alone an apology. When I terminated the cooperation agreement, I had to ask for the issuing of accounting documents - my emails remained unanswered. Only when I threatened disciplinary proceedings did I receive a reply that I could collect the documents. I got sick twice during pregnancy, I worked with the office for 5 years. The reality of my cooperation with this company has nothing to do with the slogans for customer care that can be read on their website.

Always on time I have everything settled. I recommend this accounting office.
