The Nano SIM card I wished for the Plus point in Leclerc on Zana the day before was finally activated, so actually ok, but The black woman with glasses did not deign to hear how it happened that I received the card, which as it turned out, was not registered in the system at all pending activation, and I did not receive confirmation of its issuance. During the entire operation, the pseudo consultant on Zan, who did so he was not at all interested in this activity, looking around and in addition the blonde next to me intersects in the conversation that I had because he did not explain anything. Then a phone call to customer service and info that I have to wait up to 24 hours for activation, which was nonsense because the card was not registered in the system, so why this statement. Lalu is your duty to listen because you are paid for it and if you don't like it, change your job. To sum up: out of 4 consultants I have dealt with, 2 were incompetent, one was rude and one was ok. After 23 years with Plus, I find that customer service is there.

Zero customer interest. The lady who served us acted as if she was working in the Plus salon for punishment 🤦‍♀️ Totatlna failure

Lack of help from the employee due to his negligible willingness to provide complete knowledge about changing the tariff from the subscription to the card. I do not recommend this point !!!

Very nice service focused on helping the customer (at least the lady who served me then;)) I left very satisfied.
Similar place
