Salon Fryzjersko-Kosmetyczny "KOLOR"

Hello I had the opportunity to use the services of this salon. Service, maybe at a high level, very friendly atmosphere. You can feel at home there, but .... I went there during my short vacation in Poland. I asked for a haircut and some reflections, I presented the photo. The lady said it could be done. Cool ! She didn't ask before what my hair was, what color was applied, okay, she's a professional after all, she knows what she's doing ... Hmm ... It didn't work out. On my head something like a tricolor "flag" was created. The bands did not brighten up, very ugly colors were created ... I broke down ... After almost 4 hours spent in the chair, such a massacre ... I understand that something could have gone wrong, but while drying her hair, the Lady saw what was what, despite this, she decided to wait that it might pass ... This was my impression ... I almost left Crying. The next day I was invited for a morning session ... Oh, I thought for a long time whether to go there ... I decided that I should give a chance, because my sister left them very happy ... The next day, I made an appointment. P. Krzysztof took care of me. I showed the picture again. It was supposed to be beautiful again, as in the photo. After another treatment of my hair with the bleach, it turned out that it will not be so ... I asked to do something so that I could only go out on the street like a human ... Theoretically, after 8 hours in the salon, after damaging my hair, I left them with the same color that I came with ... Of course, I was not ordered to pay for the service, and they even gave me a gift as an apology ... I was not supposed to write any opinion here. In a way, I felt sorry for them that this was how it all turned out. However, this is a "young" salon, you can see the potential. I think that my criticism and two stars should take them to an even higher level.
