I ordered the book to be shipped on Tuesday so that I could pick it up on Wednesday-Thursday. Unfortunately, contrary to the assurance about the shipment in 48 hours, the book was sent only after 4-5 days. No information about the delay from the store's website. Instead of the book after 3 days it came after over 7. I do not recommend it
After receiving the e-mail about the receipt of payment for the books, silence ... after a week I had to call myself and ask for the books to be sent! The bookstore employees are unreliable and unreliable. For 3 days in a row, the lady kept telling me that the books had been sent, and then I did not receive any e-mail confirming these words. The books were just sent after 5 days of calling the bookstore ....
Terrible customer service! Books that are supposedly available within 48 hours are shipped by the bookstore after more than a week, without informing about the extended delivery time. The lady answering the helpline calls every day that the books have been sent ...
The condition given on the website does not agree with the facts, so the bookstore has significant delays in shipping products, without doing anything about it. Terrible customer service that completely ignores the above and treats buyers hopelessly.

I made a purchase from them, I paid, and then I received an email that a significant part of the ordered items are out of stock ... They do not have and sell ... interesting ... But no harm, we came to an agreement by email that we will cancel the entire order and return the amount due account and no problem. However, the money on the account did not return, so after some time I asked for it. I was apologized and assured that the money would be given back in three days. After about a week, the situation repeated itself (so there was still no e-mail, no apology, no refund, and that's it). I still waited for a week but eventually after the negative reviews on the internet finally gave away the money. They didn't gain my trust.
