Why do you give your phone number if no one answers it anyway?
Full professionalism Mr. Mirek super polite helpful with a lot of knowledge Mr. Adam service mega mechanic great knowledge personal culture Ladies at the reception very polite anyway, the entire suuuper team feels like buying a new Volvo every day
I recommend! For years I have been buying original Volvo spare parts and thanks to professional advice and support from Mr. Mirosław, everything runs smoothly and without problems
Greetings to Mr. Mirek from the parts department and the entire crew.

It was our second purchase at this salon and probably the last one. It would seem that when you buy a car of this class, you can expect decent treatment. Especially when you are a regular customer. How big the surprise can be when the new car turns out to be damaged, the defect is revealed after an inspection before leaving the square, and the employee pretends that he does not know anything.
There is an amazing disgust when the company is not up to the task, especially after buying a new car, and tries to hide the defect in my opinion.
Further on is only worse. Instead of blurring the bad impression as quickly as possible, he offers to paint a new car. I do not propose to bring the car to the factory condition with the use of new elements for which we paid because ... it's too expensive.
After further talks, proposals are made at such a level that it is a shame to mention them.
Instead of the joy of buying, there is nervousness and irritation.
We will correct the opinions about the importer's showroom and give the case a different course.
Personally, I do not recommend it.
EDIT:
Regarding your answer.
I don't think you know the definition of the word redress.
It should be your responsibility to restore the car to its original (factory) condition immediately and as little as possible, no painting / polishing - the car was new.
And possible compensation for wanting to return the car in such a condition. This has not been done.
The level of service of this matter may be proved by the fact that no person responsible for the release of the car has yet said the word "I'm sorry" or "We are sorry" that the car was issued this way.
Instead, the words "we do not sell rolls, we have procedures, please write a letter" - where are these procedures when it comes to checking the condition of the released vehicle?
Please do not whiten ...
Customer service has improved, eventually someone notices the customer entering the salon and shows interest. Same phone service (if you can, of course, call, which seems a miracle). Unfortunately, mechanically the service is hopeless ...
If the computer does not show a fault, knowledge of mechanics is zero. They suggest replacing the sensor or parts, and if it does not help, we will replace something ... so you can endlessly, until the entire engine is replaced.
Freshly after the oil change, as a result of service, I am forced to make another oil change in the engine. My remarks during the visit were omitted and I was assured that firing dpf would not cause fuel to penetrate engine oil. Unfortunately, the state of the oil after firing has risen and the oil is rare, (driven 300 km from replacement and 200 km after firing in Aso).
It is enough to open the hood sometimes and look inside, it will allow you to see the stickers from the timing replacement, or swelling air hoses. I know, the promotion for exchange is ... The customer pays for the learning of a service technician, and I give my car to learn ... This is probably not the ASO level!
Fortunately, there are other cities and other services with better quality services.
Cash register is important, and the customer, well ... will be different after all it is an ASO.
Advice for dealerships: you should stay when selling cars, mechanics are not your good side as well as the price.
