My wife and I train at OGS for over a year. Outdoor training throughout the year is a great thing. You don't have to train in a sweaty and poorly ventilated room. The trainer has a really professional approach. Mr. Piotr knows his job and will adapt the exercises to the athlete's abilities. I would recommend.
