A great place. Great trainer. Nice atmosphere. A training full of effects.
Nothing raises vibrations as well as Power Plate and under Paweł's guidance there is no way any exercise would be done wrong. Paweł will adapt the training to the needs of his mentee. My knees have never felt better even with squats 💗. I highly recommend and who will try it once will be sure as happy as I am.
Powerplate devices allow you to enter a higher level of training, but the words will not describe it, I recommend you come and see for yourself. Paweł Łyda has high competence in conducting trainings on the above-mentioned machines, the place is very pleasant, summarizing I recommend.
Very professional approach, first class equipment! It helped me a lot during the injury. Power plates relax all muscles so I also recommend after training and Paweł knows what he is doing. With a clear conscience I recommend 💪
