100% satisfied. I was there after I saw several good reviews on booksy. I booked it and I cut my hair. It was very nice to find personel who was speaking English perfectly so I could explain my needs (I'm not a polish speaker). Dorota, the hairdresser, was very professional and good experienced. She cut me very well. Perfect on time and good price. I will come back for sure, totally recommend, expecialy for non-polish speaker.

I struggled with the thoughts of leaving an opinion for a week. I went with a ready idea for a haircut, with photos and a video of how it should look like because I had such a cut before and I really wanted to come back to it. I ordered the service through books and I don't quite know who I got to, but the hair was cut shorter by at least 10 cm. I thought that I would get used to it, but it does not go neither tie nor arrange it well. Bob in the front, instead of reaching the collarbone, it goes to the chin ... I know, it will grow back in a few months and then I'll go to my permanent Mrs. Hairdresser for a correction. The person who cut me away added that maybe it is not the haircut I wanted, but it will be better for me. On the plus side: punctuality, price, nice atmosphere, cleanliness in the living room The downside: I had my hair cut completely different to what I wanted
