I do not recommend the store. On 09/04/2020 I bought a SONY OLED KD-65AG8 TV on the website neonet.pl, I received an email confirming the purchase with the information that it can be picked up in the store in an hour. After about 30 minutes, a store employee called and confirmed that the goods were new and factory-packed and that they were inviting people to pick them up (very nice conversation). After another hour, an employee of the Product Management Department, Tomasz.J, called and gave me the information that this particular TV set has a software defect that does not allow to switch to Polish (good no). I also received an e-mail with information that the model was withdrawn. So I did a little investigation and found out that the website has increased the price by 30%, but there are televisions available. I also called one of the shops and found there was no information about the faults. So I called Tomasz.J from and presented the matter, the only effect of which was to remove local phone numbers to stores from GOOGLE business cards and download the TV offer. Find out for yourself how much we are worth to NEONET as customers, you can lie to us and invent stories about SONY software bugs (smile here for SONY to verify what other nonsense NEONET employees tell) PS: When I tried to talk to the store manager, he quickly disconnected, and after a while Tomasz.J called with a complaint that now I have to deal with this matter with him (such practices)

My leg will not stand there anymore ... Manipulation of prices on one day of the goods I was not sold the alleged reservation (although at least two pieces were available) on the second day the goods, of course, available at a new higher price .... Customers are lost or gains neonet just lost one ....
