One star is way too much. We were in the office to report the intention to sell the house, unfortunately nothing can be done there. The work of the lady sitting behind the desk focuses on writing down the phone number and passing it to her boss who is alpha and omega there. He was supposed to call and come to take pictures and write a contract on the same day. Unfortunately, he did not call and did not come. After a few phone calls, he kindly answered and announced that he couldn't come. Okay it happens. We made an appointment for Saturday at 12.00. Unfortunately, he didn't come on Saturday either and we waited all day. He did not call, did not answer the phone and did not reply to the text message. So far, no contact. This company is one big embarrassment. This behavior is just rudeness. Since you are not interested, it was enough to call and inform, but how can someone without culture know about it? I heartily do not recommend it

In my opinion, the best agency I have had the pleasure to use. The apartment was sold in less than 2 weeks, while other agencies were talking about the subject for a long time. The man working in the office was very active, available basically 24 hours a day, from the moment of signing the contract, an agreed presentation on the second day. Formal issues, notary fees, everything as needed. I can recommend it with a clear conscience and I will definitely use it in the future if necessary.

I must admit that I am very pleased with the handling of my home sale. I would like to thank you and gentlemen from the real estate office who handled all the documentation really efficiently. I did not know that it could be so simple, I will definitely use tbn services more than once. I recommend, greet and see you!

Note, I warn you before using this office !!!! Parents commissioned the sale last summer. Supposedly, there was a buyer in December and he allegedly made a down payment (sic!) To the office. From then on, the owner avoids contact. Does not answer phone calls or rejects calls. Direct visits to the office are also ineffective because he is never there. The condition is that he did not dispose of his property. Even if he took a down payment, he did not give it to his parents today. Doesn't reveal any documents. We report the matter to the police and we will outsource the sale to another office. One star is too many. But not than to give a negative rating

I recommend it to all who want to be professionally treated at every stage of buying an apartment. Nice service, individual approach to the customer, everything at the highest level. Perfect contact, presentation of the apartment. I can only praise Mr. Rafał and recommend him further because everyone should be especially pleased.
