Extremely dissatisfied !!! Netto24 does not control the delivery times from sellers and the quality of the goods too !!! On 04/16/2019, I placed an order for a bathroom cabinet. the lead time is indicated as 7 days. My order form indicated that the hinges should be on the left. On the seller's website, it was also required to choose the location of the loops. The goods arrived at the warehouse only on 05/28/19. At the same time, I repeatedly wrote to Netto24 both on the site and in the vibe with the question of whether the order came, what is the reason for the delay, how to return the advance. They promised that they would arrive soon. As a result, the door hinges are located on the right, not on the left. I found out about this only upon arrival in Terespol. The consultant offered to outweigh the door and seal the holes with plugs, but I disagree. Why plugs on lacquered furniture in a damp room, if you had to immediately hang the doors correctly ?! I didn't take the closet. He repeatedly asked to return the prepayment, but they insist that he take the cabinet. Now I have not seen the closet for three months and I need to study Polish law for a refund ((((
