The cemetery is surrounded by a stone wall with a roof. On its site there is a stone monument in the shape of a central cross. There are 9 single and eight collective graves on it. 45 soldiers killed in the period of 2-3 May 1915 were buried in them: - 28 Russians - 17 Germans, among others from 58 Infantry Regiment (3 Poznański), 3rd Bavarian Infantry Regiment Prince of Bavaria Charles.

The cemetery on which 17 German and 28 Russian soldiers were buried was designed by Hans Mayr. This object is located directly on the route of Męcina Mała - Męcina Wielka, 500 m below the borders of these villages, which is on the switch and is accented by a beautiful chapel. It is worth visiting it and because of this it is considered the symbolic border of the Lemko region in this area.
