It used to be bad, but now it's going better and better .. Service is very good and nice. Of course, nowadays you have to enter the Post Office in a mask, and most often one window is open (two windows during rush hours). At the Post Office you can also get books, wallets and envelopes. When it comes to shipping, there have never been problems with it - packages always arrive.
NOBODY is answering the phone
Queues for kilometers and only 1 window open and the other lady walks or stamps .. Some are nice and some are there as a punishment. You can make a phone call all day and no one will ever answer .. Very slow and sluggish handling, you can lay an egg ..
Long lines of applicants, slow service, this stall is a traffic kiosk rather than a post office!
I sent a package, it is expensive as the Polish post office, but the lady was very nice and helpful.
