Bankers nice and with great knowledge. You can efficiently set up an individual and business account, deposits or credit. Small queues, but cash only in PLN. They have higher security. You can get through.

During the termination of the invoice, the consultant did not inform about the need to terminate the limit agreement on the account. This extended the account closure a few months according to the hotline and requires another visit to the branch. In addition, very nice service.

The lady in the ward showed empathy and was very helpful to me. The accompanying gentleman, also a branch worker, tried to help me as much as he could. Although the problem could not be solved completely, I felt their support and in the end I got a beautiful advertising bauble of Alior Bank as a gift. Sometimes kindness and willingness to help means a lot.
