Called their customer service to ask what I needed to open an account. They said all I had to bring was a passport. When I got to the bank after waiting for an hour I was refused service because I did not bring another physical document confirming my tax ID number. I had two forms of government issued ID plus a valid passport. Wasted money on a taxi there and back and an hour of my time and do not recommend using this bank.

This week I signed a mortgage contract at the branch on Kleberga Street. Very professional service. Everything is thoroughly explained. This is my 2nd mortgage but the first with such good service. I recommend Mr. Radosław's service to everyone.
