A DRAMAT !!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! A terrible woman screaming while filing a complaint, constantly getting along that I don't like something. When he notices that he is screaming, he denies, saying "NOT with that tone to ME" DO NOT buy there. The silver bracelet turned black after 10 days of wearing it. Avoid the store that a terrible woman screaming like a bribe at the market !!!!

We were looking for wedding rings with my fiance in various jewelry salons, but only in Briju in Serenada we found great service. Agata explained everything thoroughly, selected the size and made a preliminary valuation. We didn't have to think long and came back the same day to order. :) The rings were made very quickly, which was a positive surprise. Recommended. :)
Service at the highest level. And I'm talking about a level higher than sales because of a complaint. Although it was a product that was not expensive, you showed full professionalism, took care of the matter very well and I came out with the conviction that there should be such service everywhere. This creates loyal customers. I will definitely buy something there again.
Beautiful jewelry, even 333 gold does not blacken, nothing happens with it, it shines beautifully after a long time of use. Unusual patterns. Often discounts, rebates. Reasonable prices in relation to other jewelry stores. Nice service in a boutique in Serenada Krakow, ladies deserve a bonus :)
