In times of pandemic where everyone is fighting for the client, this clinic has the client (patient) in deep respect !!! After over a WEEK of continuous attempts to reach me at different times (unsuccessfully), I decided to e-register. It is already 4 days after sending the application and then no contact, despite the assurance on the website that "The response time to the e-mail with the registration confirmation is up to 3 working days". I filled in the application according to the formula + attached, I sent the referral. No reaction. I am after the operation and the consultation is URGENT !!! Unfortunately, I have a referral for this particular facility :(

I have an appointment with an orthopedist on 10/14/2020, and on the day of the visit, the lady tells me in the window that the appointment was scheduled a week earlier. Please go (and ask a doctor) to ask the doctor if he will see you. If I had the correct appointment, I would have entered right away, and so waiting 2 hours, like the rest without an appointment. An elderly doctor, he looked from a distance of 1 meter at his leg, took a scan of the X-rays I brought. Got a bandage on my leg and goodbye. The doctor only said that the X-ray was ok and left without saying anything else. No physical examination, nothing was done. I came with a leg sore after an injury from a previously stuck solid body in my leg. Leg scarred but hurts when you move your foot. It is a pity for words, I recommend avoiding this doctor from a distance

I was doing a Doppler ultrasound. I paid for two legs and the doctor said that there is no point in examining the other one, since everything is fine and it is a sign of lack of exercise. It is a pity that the pain has reappeared. No decency. In response to your info. I paid for the service before the test and no one informed me about the possibility of a refund for not performing the test, if it should be done for something. I've only been called once during working hours and I don't have time to talk. Besides, the Lady referred to my late mother two years ago. I contacted the doctor by email without a response.

These are some eggs. I call all week to arrange a 2-month-old baby to two doctors and nobody answers. The line is busy all the time. And nobody answers the second number, even though I am the 1st in the line.

I do not know any other such clinics! it's a drama. When it comes to registrations, it's a total bottom. now, because of covid registrations, apparently only by phone, my Grandma called a few hours without a reply !! and I will mention that the lines were not busy. I went to ask how to register and what is the reason that they do not answer the phone, the cheeky blonde lady with glasses started to raise her voice at me, then closed the window in my face. this is some mockery! the case will go further and you, woman, if you hate your job so much, change it because you are not suitable for contact with people.
