As a foreigner living here, who cannot speak more than basics in Polish, I really appreciate how patient and helpful the staff is with me at this post office. I have mailed/received numerous packages and envelopes at this post office. I am very satisfied with the service from the people who work there!

I honestly hate this post. I have lived in this area for several years and there is always a problem. Today the problem was that I came home after a dozen or so days away (no one was at home), and in my mailbox there are two LETTERS RECOMMENDED TO ME from ZUS calling me to take action! The deadline for taking the action has expired and the letters are listed in ZUS as delivered. Besides, one of the gentlemen from this post probably underwent professional training on passive-aggressive showing dislike to postal customers. Seriously, I'm moving to a different city, and I'm glad to know there's a chance I won't have to deal with mail like this one.

Żenada, the package was supposed to hit the pickup point, it went here without any explanation. They haven't answered the phone for an hour. No redirection option. The gentleman in the window does not see any problem that I went to them a few km, the complaint was reflected

I am outraged at the way the Lord from the post talked to me. or rather, he would answer my questions (how long the parcel was) because I had a problem with the sender of the parcel and why he didn't get the advice - the Lord answered that he didn't know that much. In addition, the thing that upset me the most was the fact that I did not receive the second reminder and in this way I lost the package with the dress and in this way also the money for it. I will complain about the postman because how is it that a person was not informed about the parcel at the post office - I live only 4 months for rent and I can't imagine not having further notifications because I often order something. I do not recommend this here, but you are nice - I add only one star because the institution itself and this man do not receive even one star from me - I was only talking about the opinion.

I am happy, I always take care of everything without problems and Lord is also very nice. Fact queues are sometimes but like at the post office. In addition, I feel that this moron persuasion by the Polish post office to buy Polish newspapers, recipes of nuns and other trash in the twenty-first century is at least embarrassing.
